二氧化锡基惰性阳极的耐腐蚀性研究

【摘要】 探讨了SnO2基惰性阳极在冰晶石一氧化铝熔体中的腐蚀行为,研究发现,过量的NaF和AlF3都是不利的,而过量的NaF更为有害。分子比的最好范围是2.8~3.2。Al2O3浓度对SnO2基阳极的腐蚀速率也有显著的影响,当Al2O3浓度低于2%时,腐蚀速率急剧增加;当Al2O3浓度处于或接近饱和时,电极工作良好,腐蚀速率很低。高LiF含量和高电流密度对SnO2基电极来说都是有害的。在某些情况下,惰性阳极会发生严重的崩散现象。本文对腐蚀机理也作了初步探讨。

【Abstract】 The corrosion behaviour of tin oxide-based anodes was studied at varying bath composition and current density. It was found that excess of either NaF or AlF3 compared with Na3AIF6 had a detrimental effect on anode performance. The optimum NaF/AlF3 molar ratio was in the range of 2.8-3.2. The effect of increasing excess NaF was much more serious than excess AlF3. The Al2O3 concentration in the etectrolyte had also a strong effect on the anode performance. The corrosion rate increased sharply when Al2O3 concentration was less than 2%, but the anodes performed best and the corrosion rate was very low when Al2O3 concentration in the electrolyte was at or near saturation. Both high LiF contents and high current density were harmful. As mentioned above in some extreme case inert anodes would disintegrate. The corrosion mechnism is discussed in this paper.
