改进水力旋流器预分离区的研究

【摘要】 水力旋流器预分离区(溢流管所在区域)分离作用甚微,从而可增加溢流管外径以减小预分离区厚度。这样做的作用有四:(1)显著减少旋流器的盖下短路流;(2)增加旋流器能量在主分离区(溢流管以下区域)的分配;(3)降低旋流器内部损失;(4)改善流场条件,变原来的轴向零速面为轴向零速区,可提高分级精确性。通过对实际物料的分级考察,证明这种减薄预分离区的旋流器确可明显提高分级效率。

【Abstract】 The preseparation space in a conventional hydrocyclon, i. e. the space between vortex finder and column wall, has little effection on the separation process, thus it is presented in this paper to minimize the space by increasing the outer diamiter of vortex finder. Some advantages of the improved hydrocyclone over the conventional one are as follows:1. Cut down the short-circuit flow significantly;2. Increase the energy distribution in main separation space locating under the vortex finder;3. Decrease the internal pressure loss in the hydrocyclone;4. Change the conventional zero vertical velocity locus into a wedged zone, thus make the separation more effective.By laboratory experiments, it is shown that the hydrocyclone with a thin preseparation space not only improves greatly the separation behavior but also reduces the internal loss.
