用支撑液膜分离钻镍的研究

【摘要】 用P507作载体,微孔聚丙烯中空纤维膜(Accurel膜)作支撑体,研究了支撑液膜分离硫酸介质中的Ni2+、Co2+,研究了膜液、料液、反萃液成分以及料液、反萃液流速诸因素对Ni2+、Co2+通量的影响。

【Abstract】 The separation of Ni-Co in sulphate solutions by means of supported liquid membrane, using microporous polypropylene hollow fibre (Accurel) as the support and P507 as the carrier, has been studied. The study involves the influences on Ni-Co flux of factors such as the composition of solvent, feed and strip solution, as well as the flow rate of feed and strip solution, etc.
