铅银合金真空蒸馏提银

【摘要】 粗铅采用连续结晶器分离银和铋后,得到一种富集银和铋的铅基合金。该合金进入一台连续真空蒸馏炉,利用Pb、Bi与Ag的蒸气压间的差异,使Pb、Bi蒸馏出来。得到含Ag90%左右的粗银,该粗银可直接电解并回收其中的金。作业条件为1000~1100℃;真空度0.3(托)左右。银的回收率为99%,铅为99.4%。作业简单且无污染,大大减化了常规的提银作业并提高了银的回收率。

【Abstract】 A lead—base alloy enriched with silver and bismuth was obtained after separating silver and bismuth from crude lead with a continuous crystallizer. The alloy was charged into a continuous vacuum distillation furnace, and Pb, Bi were distilled out of the alloy through the vapour pressure differences between Pb, Bi and Ag. A crude silver containing 90%±Ag was obtained, which would be electrolyzed directly to recover gold from it. The operating conditions were: temperature 1000~1100℃, vacuum degree±0.3 torr. The recoveries of sliver and lead were 99% and 99.4% respectively. The operation was simple and non-pollutional. The conventional silver extraction operation was simplified greatly and the silver recovery was improved.
