微量稀土元素对铂再结晶温度及组织的影响
The Effect of Certain Trace Rare Earth Elements on the Recrystallization Temperature and Microstructure of Platinum
【摘要】 本文研究了微量稀土元素La、Ce、y、Lu对Pt再结晶温度及组织的影响。微量稀土元素加入到Pt中后,强烈细化和稳定了晶粒,使纯Pt的再结晶温度提高了300~500℃,并大大增加了纯Pt中的位错密度,文章对微量稀土元素提高Pt再结晶温度的机理进行了探讨。
【Abstract】 The effect of certain trace rare earth elements on the recrystallization temperature and microstructure of platinum was studied. It has been found that the grain of alloy is fine and the microstructure is stable. The recrytsallization temperature of alloys was increased about 300℃ to 500℃. The dislocation density was increased greatly. The mechanism that the effect rare earth etements on the platinum was discussed.
