【Abstract】 Since March 1986, the authors systematically studied the simplified corneal cryopreservation technique with self-made "QL Bio-Freezer". The examination results with light and electron microscope, enzymatic histochemistry, animal experimental and clinical penetrating keratoplasty and indirect specular photomicroscope show that cryopreserved corneas have intact structure, good function and satisfactory results in clinical keratoplasty.更多还原
