火焰原子吸收法测定岩石中痕量钡
Determination of Trace Barium in Rocks by Flame AAS
【摘要】 本文在pH为6.0的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中,以Pb为共沉淀剂用K2CrO4使Ba成BaCrO4沉淀进行富集,再应用N2O-C2H2火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Ba。方法的特征浓度为0.18μg/ml/1%吸收,标准加入回收率为96—102%。对于含Ba 3.86PPm的岩石样品进行10次测定,其相对标准偏差为0.96%。测定了GSD水系沉积物标样中的Ba,结果与推荐值吻合。
【Abstract】 Barium is preconcentrated and separated by coprecipitation with lead as chromate in sodium acetate buffer(pH 6)and determined by AAS in a nitrous oxide-acetylene flame. The interference of aluminum can be eliminated by adding salicylic acid as spectrochemical buffer. This method can be applied to rocks with Ba content ranging from 0.005 to 0.1% with good precision and accuracy.
