【Abstract】 Methyl 2-deoxy-2, 2-difluoro-3, 4-O-isopropylidene-L-erythro-pentopyranoside（9） wasreacted with trimethylsilylated uracil to give 2’-fluorinated uracil isonucleoside. The configur-ation and conformation of the primary product was identified with IR, UV, 19F NMR, 2DPMR （COSY, NOESY） and MS.
