高卷曲高性能粘胶纤维结构与其对直接染料染色性能初探
A Primary Study on the Structure of High Crimp and High Performance Viscose Fibre and Its Dyeing Property for Direct Dyes
【摘要】 本文通过对高卷曲高性能粘胶纤维和其他纤维素纤维进行超分子结构、直接染料上染率和吸碘值的测试,研究了纤维素纤维对直接染料的染色性能与纤维结构的关系。结果表明,粘胶纤维对直接染料的上染率,与纤维吸碘值,即纤维可及度有关,且与纤维的结晶长度也有关。高卷曲高性能粘胶纤维因其结晶长度较小,而具有较高的上染率。
【Abstract】 The author makes experiments on supermolecular structure, exhaustion rate of direct dyes and iodine sorption value of high crimp high performance viscose fibres and other cellulosic fibres, and studies the relationships between dyeing properties with direct dyes on cellulosic fibres and the fibre structure. The results indicate that interrelationships do exist among the exhaustion rate of direct dye on viscose fibre, the iodine sorption value and fibre accessibility, and also the crystal length in the fibre structure. High crimp high performance viscose fibre has higher exhaustion rate due to its shorter crystal length.
