电刺激室旁核对大鼠胃内压的影响
Effects of Electrical Stimulation of Paraventricular Hypothalamic Nucleus (PHN)on Intragastric Pressure in Rat
【摘要】 电刺激大鼠丘脑下室旁核(Paraventricular Hypothalamic Nucleus PHN)引起胃内压明显下降。刺激前平均胃内压0.62±0.01kPa,刺激时下降至0.39±0.01kPa,与刺激前相比,差异有高度显著性(P<0.001)。胃内压变化率—37.1%。胃内压变化的潜伏期约3~5s,刺激停止后约2~5min才恢复至刺激前水平。本实验提示室旁核参与胃活动调节,并且可能由神经调节实现。
【Abstract】 Electrical stimulation of PHN could decrease intragastric pressure (IGP) obviously. IGP decreased from 0.62±0.01kPa to 0.39±0.001kPa in the course of electrical stimulation(P<0.001). The percentage of decrease was -37.1%. Potential period of IGP change was about 3~5s. IGP was restored in 2~Smin after stimulation stoped. Results showed that PHN regulated gastric activity possibly by the way of nerves.
