【摘要】 本研究为颈椎病患病情况的一次流行病学调查。以整群随机抽样,在某医科大学师生员工中调查了1766人。结果表明:本次调查颈椎病患病率为16.08%,其中男性患病率为12.12%,女性患病率为24.39%;30～50岁可能为高发年龄,50岁左右为高患年龄;青年到老年均可发病,青年以各单纯型为主,中老年多为混合型;混合型患病率最高,其中神经根受刺激的表现最突出。椎动脉型及交感型也多见,但多存在于混合型中,较少以单纯型出现。本次调查脊髓型少见;混合型有四种组合方式常见。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study is an epidemiological survey (eross-seetional study) of cervical spondylosis. 1766 students and staffs taken out from a medical university by random sampling were investigated. The results showed:the prevalence of the disease was 16.08%, in which male 12.12%,female 24.39%.The high incidence might be in the 30-5O age group, 50 around age group was of high prevalence.The disease could come on from youth to old age.The young patients were mainly of simple type, the middle aged and old patients were mainly of mixed type.The mixed type was of the highest prevalence rate. The most prominent symptom was of nerve root irritation. The vertebrarterial and sympathie nerve type were also common, most of which presented as a part of mixed type and relatively less often as simple ones.
