【摘要】 本文对神经管缺陷的流行病学特征进行了描述,在77214例围产儿中(包括死胎、死产),有神经管缺陷患儿90例,出生时缺陷率为1.17‰,在国内属中间水平。本病的发生与母亲的职业、年龄、产次及文化程度等因素相关;农村患病率显著高于城市,近亲婚配者子代的患病率为6.54‰(8/1223),是随机婚配者子代的5倍。结果提示:本病是遗传因素和环境因素均有作用的多因子疾病。更多还原

【Abstract】 The epidemiological pattern, in 77 214 births (live and still), in whom we found up 90 cases of NTD, and the average prevalence at birth is 1.17‰, it belongs to middle level in our country.The incidence rate is related to maternal occupation, age, birth order and educated level, the rate of NTD are significantly different between urban and rural areas, and the frequencys of the offspring for parental consanguinity was 6.54‰ (8/1223), it was as 6 times high as those of non-consanguinity marriages(P<0.001).
