炒枣仁煎剂灌胃对大鼠睡眠的影响

【摘要】 用炒枣仁煎剂给成年Wistar大鼠灌胃,记录睡眠脑电每天6h,灌胃前后各记录3d。结果发现灌胃后9只大鼠每天慢波睡眠深睡的平均时间明显增加(+116.3%,P<0.001),深睡的发作频率亦增加(+89.0%,P<0.001),每次发作的持续时间亦趋延长(+31.6%,P<0.05),慢波睡眠的脑电波幅度明显增大,频率变慢。每天总睡眠量增加(+26.0%,P<0.001),总睡眠的每次发作持续时间延长(+95.6%,P<0.001),但总睡眠的发作频率减少(-36.3%,P<0.001)。对慢波睡眠中的浅睡阶段和快波睡眠无明显影响。表明炒枣仁主要影响慢波睡眠的深睡阶段。

【Abstract】 The sleep situation of Wistar rats was recorded with polysomnogram in this experiment. After intragastric administration of decoction of fried semen ziziphi jujubae, the total time, and the episode duration and the episode frequency of slow wave sleep2 (SWS2) were increased by 116.3%, 31.6% and 89.0% respectively; The total time of sleep and the episode duration of sleep also increased by 26.0% and 95.6% respectively, but the episode frequency of sleep decreased by 36.3%。The frequency of the SWS was slower and the amptitude of SWS was larger than pre-administration. SWS2 and paradoxical sleep (PS) did not change significantly. These results suggested that fried semen ziziphi jujubae mainly caused a increase of SWS2 which was similar to the role of delta sleep-inducing peptide(DSIP) .
