【Abstract】 Tissue fluid is the pathway for substance exchange between blood and tissue cell, and a important envi-ronment for keeping the function of cell normal. Because of the extreme difficulty in collection, it has a inf-luence upon the further research of this field. Therefore, we exploited the research on a method of collectionof tissue fluid in rabbit skeletal muscle. At aseptic operation, a small oval plastic ball with many holes was buried in the muscle in the buttocksof the rabbit. 5 days later, the ball was withdrawn and a little thick serumlike liquid was collected. Theliquid was studied in terms of inflammatory reactions.更多还原
