【Abstract】 The mice were divided into two groups, the experiment group, receiving glybenclamide and the control group receiving alloxan by oral administration. The study was carried out by the immunohistochemical method and observed the change of the pancreatic islets and its B cells during the experiment of 7 days and 14 days. The results show that there is no significant defference between the two groups morphologically.更多还原
