【摘要】 为研究供电子基对苯甲氧基乙酸二烷氨基乙酯盐酸盐小鼠学习记忆促进作用的影响,合成了甲基(代)苯甲氧基乙酸二烷氨基乙酯盐酸盐(8～10)。二甲苯(1,2)经Wohl-Ziegler反应及Williamson反应得到(5,6),再经酯交换、成盐得到(8～10)。化合物(6～10)为尚未见报道之新化合物,其结构经NMR,IR及元素分析所证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Three compounds of dialkylaminoethyl-(methy lpheny lmethoxy) acetate hydrochloride(8～10) were prepared in order to compare halogen with donative electron substituents(phenyl methoxy) acetates for effects of learning and memory facilitation in mice. The compounds (8～10) were prepared by Williamson reaction of xylene(1, 2) obtained (5, 6), further by transesterification and passing gaseous HCI. The structures of five new compounds(6～10) were ascertained by NMR, IR spectra and elementary analysis.更多还原
