碱提类肝素组分Ⅱ对两种脂酶及血脂的影响
THE EFFECTS OF FRACTION-2 OF ALKALI-EXTRACTED HEPARINOID （ C2 ） ON LIPASES AND PLASMA LIPIDS
【摘要】 观察了静脉注射C2对家兔脂蛋白脂酶、肝脂酶及血浆脂蛋白的影响。结果表明,C2可升高血浆两种脂酶的活性,升高血浆HDL-c和HDL-c/TC,降低（VLDL+LDL）-c和TC,且HDL—c升高和（VLDL+LDL）—c降低与脂蛋白脂酶活性。
【Abstract】 The study was undertaken to ascertain the effects of C2 on he- patic lipase(HL), lipoprotein lipase ( LPL ) and plasma lipids. It was found that HDL-c and HDL-c /TC were increased, but(VLDL + LDL)-c and TC were decreased. LPL activety was positively correlated with the increase of HDL-c and the decrease of ( VLDL+LDL )-c.
