氯丙嗪对佛波二丁酯致活酪氨酸羟化酶的抑制作用
THE INHIBITON OF CHLORPROMAZINE ON ACTIVATION OF TYROSINE HYDROXYLASE BY PHORBOL DIBUTYRATE
【摘要】 在前文研究的基础上,本文证明,氯丙嗪使大鼠SCG中DOPA生成量减少约50%,使PDBu引起的DOPA生成量同样减少约60%。实验中,排除了氯丙嗪通过N或M胆碱能神经受体,或影响DOPA脱羧酶活性而减少DOPA生成的可能性。结论:氯丙嗪抑制蛋白激酶C,阻碍后者对酪氨酸羟化酶的磷酸化作用,从而降低SCG中的DOPA生成量。
【Abstract】 Basing on the previous report, experiments proved that chlorpro-mazine decresed DOPA formation in superior cervical ganglion ( SCG ) for 50%, and formation from PDB for 60%. The work ruled out the possibilities of decrease of DOPA synthesis from the effect on N-or M-cholinergic receptor or from the influence on DOPA decarboxylase activity. So the decrease of DOPA formation was due to inhibition of protein kinase C blocking phosphorylation of tyrosine hydroxylase.
