【摘要】 用电化学2.5次微分阳极溶出伏安法测定了45例肺心病患者血清中微量元素铜锌铅镉的含量并和27例健康人进行比较,结果发现肺心病组血清铜和镉高于对照组(P<0.01),血清锌低于对照组(P<0.01),而血清铅含量在两组无明显差异。探讨了肺心病微量元素间变化的关系并提出保持人体内微量元素的平衡有助于疾病的好转。更多还原

【Abstract】 Serum copper ( Cu ) , zinc ( Zn ) , lead ( Pb ) and cadmium ( Cd ) concentrations were measured with Anodic StridPing Voltammetry of 2.5th Order Differential in 45 Patients with chronic cor Pulmonale and 27 normal controls. The results showed that the serum Cu and Cd concentrations were significantly higher and the Zn concentration was significantly lower in the Patient group than in the control ( P<0.01 ). However, the difference in Pb level between the two groups was not significant ( P>0.05 ) . The clinical significance of the changes in the trace elements in serum and their relative values were discussed in connection with the condition of cor Pulmonale.
