酪氨酸蛋白激酶在血管平滑肌细胞增殖周期中的变化
VARIATION OF TYROSINE PROTEIN KINASE IN PRO-LIFERATION OF VASCULAR SMOOTH MUSCLE CELLS
【摘要】 在培养的兔主动脉平滑肌细胞(ASMC)中首次证实了酪氨酸蛋白激酶(TPK)的存在,并对ASMC增殖周期中TPK的活性变化进行了研究,从G0期进入G1期,酶活性逐渐下降,至G1中期(6h)降至最低(56%);随后上升,G1晚期(12h)达到最高峰(156%);DNA合成之前又降至G0期水平(以G0期酶活性作为100%)。结果提示TPK对ASMC的增殖具有促进作用。
【Abstract】 Tyrosine protein kinase (TPK) was first identified and its activity variation in cell cycle of cultured rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells(ASMC) was studied. With the entry of G0 cells into cell cycle, there was a decrease in TPK activity with the lowest point at 6hr (56%) and an increase in late G1 with a peak at 9hr (156%), regarding G0 TPK activity as 100%. This result suggests that TPK may play a positive effect on the proliferation of ASMC.
