【摘要】 本文报告了广西七糖厂职业性变应性肺泡炎(OEAA)的流行病学调查结果。本结果首次证实广西糖业生产工人中有蔗渣尘所致的OEAA急、慢性病例存在。急性OEAA发病率约7.18%。这些病例都发生在接触受放线菌污染严重的蔗渣尘工人中。然而,这些病例过去全部被误诊,因此广西当前防治OEAA最重要的工作是提高接触者及医师对本病的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The results of epidcmiologic survey of occupational extrinsic allergic alveolitls (OEAA) due to bagasse in Guangxi was reported. This results first demonstrated that acute and chronic cases of OEAA due to bagasse did exist among the workers producing sugar. Morbidity of acute OEAA was about 7.18%. All those cases occured among the workers exposed to dusts severely stained by actinomadura. All of them, however, had been misdiagnosed. Consequently, to raise the knowledge of the doctor and the workers on this diseases would be of utmost importance.更多还原
