视紧张作业工效学的调查研究 Ⅱ.显微作业一次连续操作时间长短对视功能与工效的影响
Ergonomical investigation of visual strain operation (Paper two).
【摘要】 本文通过现场的调查研究,证明显微作业一次连续操作时间30分钟,随后有5分钟休息,不但可以有效地预防视功能疲劳的发生,比长时间(大于30分钟)连续操作方式尚可提高工作效率21%。这种劳动休息交替方法是显微作业最佳的劳动休息方式。
【Abstract】 In this paper it was proved by experimental investigation on the spot, that after taking microscope operation once for 30 minutes, workers must have a five-minute rest. This work-rest alternate schedule can effectively prevent the occuring of visual fatigue and also increase 21 percent of work efficiency in comparison with the continuous microscope operation over 30 minutes. It is suggested that this work-rest alternate schedule model is the best one in microscope operation.
