【摘要】 本文调查了6570名纺织噪声作业女工的月经功能状态、妊娠经过和胎儿发育情况。结果表明,85dB(A)噪声即可对女工的妊娠经过和月经功能产生不良影响。而100dB(A)以上的纺织噪声可对孕妇的妊娠结局和胎儿发育产生不良影响。作者认为,应限制孕妇在100dB(A)以上噪声的环境下作业。并应加强对从事噪声作业女工妊娠期和月经期的健康监护工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 The menstrual function, pregnant course and foetal growth of 6570 women workers exposed to noise had been investigated. The results showed that the noise level up to 85 dB(A) was able to elicit adverse effects to the women worker’s menstrual function and pregnant course. Those noise level above 100 dB(A) might even affect the pregnant prognosis and foetal growth.It was consider that the pregnant women workers should be forbidden to work at the noise level of 100dB(A) or more. In addition, the health surveilliance to the noise-exposed women workers during their menstrual and pregnant period should be strengthened.更多还原
