石英对肺泡巨噬细胞膜结构的影响
Effect of quartz particles on the membrane structure of alveolar macrophage.
【摘要】 用支气管肺泡冲洗方法与扫描电镜技术观察石英对大鼠肺泡巨噬细胞表面结构的影响。结果表明,石英能激发细胞的吞噬活性,加速细胞崩解,被激活细胞的表面皱摺或指状突起变粗大,继而减少,表面光秃,失去细胞表面特征。有的细胞表面皱摺减少或消失,指状突起变细短卷曲,出现空洞样膜缺损,整个细胞呈蜂窝结构。这种细胞可能是石英引起肺泡巨噬细胞表面结构破坏的特征性改变。
【Abstract】 Effect of quartz particles on the surface structure of rat alveolar macrophage was observed, using lung lavage and scanning electron-microscopy. Results showed that quartz particles were able to activate the alveolar macrophage phagocytosis and to exacebate the cell lysis, the ruffles or fingering filopodia on the cell surface became larger and cruder, followed by diminishing in amount, surface baring and specific feature changing. Some of them showed reducing of surface ruffles winding and shortening of fingering filopodia, developing a cavity-Iike membrane defect and a "honeycomb-like structure" throughout the whole cell. All above suggested that the honeycomb-like structure was probably a kind of charactristic damage of alveolar macrophage by quartz. The biological significance of those changes needs further research.
