【Abstract】 This paper reports a TLC-scanner method to determine the injectio caffeine et natriibenzoatis. The developing solventbenzene-ether-acetic acid-methnol (100:50:15:1) was used for separation of caffeine and sodium benzoate in injectio caffeine et natriibenzoatis. R_f of caffeine and sodium benzoate are 0.28, 0.74, respectively. The spots are scanned with a Shimadzu Dual-Wavelength TLC-scanner CS-930. This method was very simple, rapid and the results were quite satisfactory.更多还原
