【Abstract】 Three methods including flotation sedimentation and direct smear were used to find tuberculomyces in the same cerebrospinal fluid specimen.56 patients with tu- bercular meningitis were examined with the above methods.The detective rate of three methods is respectively 92.9%,62.5% and 3.5%.It shows that the method of flotation is better than sedimentation and direct smear,and it is worthy to popu- larize in clinic examination.更多还原
