【摘要】 本文报告了1％虫卵混悬液经不同饱和度的硫酸铵分段沉淀为4种抗原。筛选AE抗原与SEA作ELISA对其他寄生虫病人血清的交叉反应性进行对比观察。结果表明,AE对肺吸虫、姜片虫病人血清各有1例交叉反应;而SEA则各有4例。在任何抗原稀释度,检测参考血清时,AE的免疫比值均都高于SEA,有非常显著的差异,且制备简便易行,具有较好的应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fluid containing 1% homogenized eggs was fractionated into 4 parts by ammonium sulfate precipitation. AE(Ⅲ) and SEA were compared by ELISA tests for cross-reaction with sera from other parasitic diseases. AE cross-reacted with serum from 1 paragonimiasis and 1 fasciolopsiasis infected person, while with SEA, there were 4 cross-reactions with these two diseases respectively. When reference sera were tested, immunological ratio of AE were higher than SEA (p<0.01). The preparation of AE was simple and convenient. The results show that AE is a new type of antigen which is practical in diagnosis of schistosomiasis.更多还原
