【摘要】 本文报道了一种经ConA作前处理的间接酶联免疫吸附试验,简称ConA-ELISA。本法可以增强日本血吸虫多糖抗原在聚苯乙烯塑料反应板上的吸附能力。与常规法ELISA相比,ConA-ELISA具有本底值低、效果好、灵敏度高、稳定性较好和节约抗原等特点,初步解决了多糖抗原的包被问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 A new method ConA-ELISA has been established to raise the absorbening ability between polystyrene plates and polysaccharide antigens in the indirect ELISA. Con A diluted in the Con A-diluent (pH 7.4) is used to pretreat the plastic surface in order to increase the adsorption of polysaccharide antigens which are also diluted by the Con A-diluent (pH 7.4). The results show that the effect, efficiency and stability of the Con A-ELISA are much better than those of the routine method.更多还原
