【Abstract】 The employment transfer of surplus agricultural labour is an inevitable phenomenon with the progress of agricultural economy. However, an excess of agricultural labour has been engaged in non-agricultural sectors at an abnormally high rate although Chinese agricultural economy is still considered underdeveloped. A whole scries of social and economic problems have risen from it so that the advance of Chinese agricultural economy and even national socio-economic development have been hindered. On the basis of these analyses, the opinion, the employment of Chinese surplus agricultura labour at the current time should be solved within agriculture, is proved.更多还原
