江津县食物生产与消费研究

【摘要】 本文根据江津县食物生产与消费的现状及其城乡居民食物消费特点,研究了江津县随着社会经济的发展的未来居民食物消费水平,提出了城乡居民食物消费指导方案,并且研究了食物供需协调发展机理,提出了江津县达到供需平衡的措施和途径。

【Abstract】 By analyzing the present situation of food production and consump-tion as well as the character of residential food consumption in JiangjinCounty,the future residential food consumption with social and economicdevelopment in the county has been predicted.The plans of conductingthe residential food consumption and mechanism the of harmonizing thefood supply and demand are also researched in this paper.Finally,themeasures and ways of balancing the county’s food supply and demand areput forward.
