【Abstract】 Chitinase was obtained from leaves of Momordica charontia L,by theaffinity of the chromatography on chitin followed by chromatography onSephadex G-200.The purified enzyme showed a single band on sodiumdodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The molecular weightof the enzyme was 35KD.And the enzyme showed endochitinase activetywith only little exochitinase activety.更多还原
