球铁热浸渗铝层组织的研究

【摘要】 本文采用金相、显微硬度、电子探针等分析技术对球墨铸铁热浸渗铝层组织进行了研究。结果表明,球铁热浸渗铝层是由富铝层和以Fe2Al5为主 要相成分的扩散层所组成。扩散层的厚度受浸铝温度和浸铝时间影响,推导出 关系式为:

【Abstract】 In the paper a study on the microstructure of the hot- dipp ed aluminium Coating of nodular cast iron is made by metallographical analysis, mjcrohardness testing and electronprobe analysis. The results show that the aluminized coating of nodular iron is composed of a r-ich- aluminum layer and a Fe2Al5 - phase diffusionlayer. The thickness of the diffusion lay is decided by the dipping temperature and the dipping time and derived as follows:h=1.68√t·exp(-47502/RT)mm
