【摘要】 20只假定健康奶山羊进行了玉米中毒的研究,现仅将血液学研究报道于后:一次经瘤胃瘘管给予40、60、80g/kgwt王米粉,分别可致奶山羊中毒、出现严重症状和病亡;内毒素及乳酸中毒是本病的本质,中后期尚有氨的作用;pH下降,乳酸增加,白细胞总数及血小板减少,内毒素检测及血浆鱼精蛋白副凝集试验阳性,是本病在血液学方向的主要特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Twenty supposed healthy dairy goats with permanent rumen fistulae were used for a study on the hematology of corn-eng orgement toxicosis. The results of the research show that: ( 1 )A11 animals given 40g/kgwt of corn flour (in rumen) were ill, seriously ill with 60g/kgwt, and died with 80g/kgwt once; (2) The essence of the disease was endotoxin toxicosis and lactic acidosis, the ammonia also played certain roles in the middle and late stage;(3)The pH value decreased, concentration of the lactic acid increased, numbers of leucocyte and platelet decreased, endotoxin testing(the Limulus Amebocyte Lysate Test) and blood plasma 3p test were positive. All of above tests are main properties in the hematology and signs for the diagnosis of the disease.更多还原
