含羧基的水溶性聚硅氧烷的合成和性质
Synthesis and Properties of Water Soluble Polysiloxanes Containing Carboxyl
【摘要】 通过甲基丙烯酸甲酯与甲基二氯硅烷的硅氢化反应,合成了β-(甲氧羰基)丙基甲基二氯硅烷(A)。将A与二甲基二氯硅烷共水解缩聚,制得了含酯基的聚硅氧烷(B)。最后,将B中的酯基皂化,获得含羧基的水溶性聚硅氧烷(C)。用IR,NMR.[η].中和当量和元素分析表征了C的结构。考察了C对酸、碱、热的稳定性和对污水的絮凝作用。
【Abstract】 /*-(carbomethoxy)propyl methyl dichlo.rosilane(A) was synthesized by hydrosilylation of methyl methacrylate with methyldichlorosilane. Polysiloxanes(B) containing ester group were obtained by cobydrolysis of A and dimethyldichlorosilane. Finally. Polysiloxanes(C) containing carboxyl were prepared by saponification of ester group in B. The IR. t3CNMR.[η].neutralization equivalent’ and covtent of silicon of C were determined. The stabilities of C for acid, alkali and heat were investigated. The flocculent effect of C for kaolin in suspension has been also been studied.
