光声光谱法研究(Zn,Cd)(S,Se)发光材料的带隙
Measurements of the Bandgaps on (Zn,Cd) (S, Se) Powder Phosphor by Means of Photoacoustic Technique
【摘要】 报道了采用自行设计组装的光声光谱(PAS)测量系统,直接测定无辐射过程,研究Ⅱ-Ⅵ族化合物粉末发光材料特性。测量了[CdS]1-x[CdSe]x和[ZnS]1-x[CdS]x 粉末固溶体带隙与材料制备组份重量百分比x的关系,结果表明,上述关系均呈非线性。
【Abstract】 In this paper.lt is reported that a self-designed photoacoustic spectrometer used to measure nonradiation process in Ⅱ-Ⅵfamily powder phosphor.The relation between the bandgaps and composition of CdSe-CdS and CdSe-ZnS solid-solutions hasbeen experimentally determined. The results are Eg1 (x) =1.75+0.177x+0.438x2 (eV)for [CdSe](1-x) - [CdS]x meterials and Eg2(x) = 1.76 - 0.32x + 2.24x2 (eV) for [CdSe](1-x)-[ZnS]x materials respectively.
