【Abstract】 This paper reported pharmacodynamic study of the earthworm kinase (EK) on Wistarrats. 60-min after intravenous injection - of EK 500 u/kg, ma value was remarkably reducedand with 5000 u/kg to rats, it showed that a thrombolytic effect in Thromboelstography wasthe same as that with the amount of urokinase.更多还原
