几种麦类作物P_x同工酶特异表达的遗传研究

【摘要】 对几种麦类作物个体发育和系统发育过程中过氧化物酶(Px)同工酶时空特异性表达模式的遗传研究,证明各Px“奢侈基因”的表达都具有一定的物种染色体组、品种基因型、杂交组合、生长发育时期、组织器官和外源激素诱导的特异性。在一定的遗传背景和一定的时空位点上,这些Px基因的表达模式可以发生特定方向的遗传转换,这可能是自然生长和外源激素诱导状态下细胞分化和器官形成的一个个体发育遗传学基本规律,也可能是自然选择和人工选择条件下物种形成与进化的一个系统发育遗传学基本规律。

【Abstract】 The experiment was conducted to make the genetic study of the spacetime specific expression patterns of peroxidase (Px) isozymes during the individual and systematic development in several species of Triticinea. The results showed that the expression of every kind of Px "luxurious genes" had a definite specifity in definite genome of species, genotype of varieties, combination of crosses, growth and development stages, tissues and organs, and induction of alien-hormones. On a definite genetic background and a definite space-time locus, the expression patterns of those Px genes can be genetically converted at a definite direction, which should be a basic law formed in individual developmental genetics, of cell differentiation, and organ formation in natural growth-development and alien-hormon induction states, and also be a basic law in systematic genetics, and of species formation and evolution in natural and artificial selection states.
