【Abstract】 According to literature,there was not a systematic determination of physical-chemical constants of Hippophae rhamnoides raw juce. But in this paper, seven constants such as specific gravity, refraction factor, soluble solid, specific conductivity, viscosity factor, surface tension and osmotic pressure were determined. In addition, the experimental procedures used for determing each constant were presented, and some rules among the constants of Hippophae rhamnoides raw juce were discussed in this paper. The samples of wild Hippophae rhamnoides fruits applied in the experiment were collected from Huanglong County of Shaanxi Province.更多还原
