【摘要】 讨论了横波换能器的偏振性在定向声发射检测中的应用及其局限性,提出了由横、纵波两种晶片迭加而成的新型二分量换能器,对它的结构、检测频率以及灵敏度等问题进行了研究。实践证明该换能器能在一点上获得多个信息,对声发射源有较好的定向作用,并提高了检测的信嗓比。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application and limitation of transverse wave probe polarization for AE source location are discussed. A new tiansducer with a transverse wave crystal and a longitudinal one is put forward and its construction, testing frequency as well as sensitivity etc are studied. It is proved by experiments that the transducer can be used to obtain more information at one position and to locate AE sourco direction as well as to raise S/N ratio of testing.更多还原
