【Abstract】 The immunotoxicity of mercurials was studied in NIH mice received 0.602, 1.81, 5.42mg/kg of mercuric chloride, and fecived 0.363. 1.088. 3.264mg/kg of methyl mercuric chloride orally for 20 days. every other day.Tne results, the spleen weight, WBC total and the count of T lymphocytes in mice tail blood as well as phogocytic function of peritioneal macrophage in eacb treated group were significantly lower than subjects in control; The histopathological and en zyme-histochemical observation showed that epithelial cell of proximal tubles of kidneys and hepatocytes were damaged.更多还原
