红外透过的含钍氟化物玻璃
THORIUM-CONTAININO FLUORIDE OLASSES FOR INFRARED TRANSMISSION
【摘要】 研究了ZrF4-BaF2-ThF4系玻璃的形成和性质,用实验方法确定了玻璃的形成范围。新制得了一系列四元玻璃ZrF4-BaF2-ThF4-MFx(x=1,2,3;M=Li,Na,Ca,Sr,Zn,Cd,Pb,Al,Y,La,Gd)。测定了这些玻璃的紫外光谱、可见光谱和红外光谱、特征温度、折射率和比重。
【Abstract】 The formation and properties of fluoride glasses in the system ZrF4-BaF2-ThF4 were examined. The limits of the glass-forming region were determined. A series of new quaternary glasses ZrF4-BaF2-ThF4-MFx(x=1, 2, 3, andM=Li, Na, Ca, Sr, Zn, Cd, Al, Y, La, Gd) were obtained. The ultraviolet-visible and infrared transmission spectra, characteristic temperatures, refractive indices and densities of the fluoride glasses were measured. Glasses in quaternary system were more stable than these in the ternary system. These glasses are promising infrared transmission material, because of their good optical qualities and stability against devitrification.
