温—湿敏陶瓷材料的研究

【摘要】 本文对 BaTiO3-SrTiO3(简称 BST)温湿敏多孔陶瓷材料进行了实验研究。用高纯超细草酸氧钛钡和草酸氧钛锶粉体研制的不掺杂或少掺杂 Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3和 Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3多孔陶瓷具有良好的多孔性,气孔三维连通。全湿范围内(10~100RH%)湿敏特性接近线性,响应时间<15s。感温特性在居里温度以上30℃之后呈线性关系,测温范围为-20(或-40℃)~+100℃。用工业生产的高纯超细粉体可重复获得相近的性能。

【Abstract】 In present work,BaTiO3-SrTiO3 (BST) temperature-humidity sensing porousceramics has been investigated experimentally.Undoped Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3 and Ba0.4Sr0.6TiO3 porous ceramics obtained from high-purity,ultra-fine barium oxalate andstrontium oxalate powders have good porosity and three-dimensionally linkedpores.In the whole humidity range(10—100 RH%),the humidity sensing propertyis nearly linear and responce time is less than 15 s.The temperature sensing pro-perty presents linearity above the temperature which is 30℃ higher than the Curietemperature,temperature measuring range is -20(or -40℃)to +100℃.Very si-milar results can be obtained when industrial high-pure,ultra-fine powders are used.
