【Abstract】 The variation of the equilibrium oxygen content in YBa₂Cu₃O_x with tempera-ture was studied using thermogravimetry.It was found that low sample density redu-ced the time to reach the equilibrium.Based on experimental results,the formationenergy of oxygen vacancy in orthorhombic YBa₂Cu₃O_x was obtained to be 0.39eV.Finally,a discussion was given concerning the measurements of the oxygen contentin YBa₂Cu₃O_x.更多还原
