YBa2Cu3Ox 的氧含量研究
Studies of Oxygen Content in YBa2Cu3Ox
【摘要】 本文利用热天平称重方法对 YBa2Cu3Ox 的氧含量随温度的变化进行了研究,结果表明样品致密度对其达到平衡所需时间有显著影响,求得正交相 YBa2Cu3Ox 中氧空位的形成能为0.39eV,最后,对 YBa2Cu3Ox中氧含量的测量问题进行了讨论。
【Abstract】 The variation of the equilibrium oxygen content in YBa2Cu3Ox with tempera-ture was studied using thermogravimetry.It was found that low sample density redu-ced the time to reach the equilibrium.Based on experimental results,the formationenergy of oxygen vacancy in orthorhombic YBa2Cu3Ox was obtained to be 0.39eV.Finally,a discussion was given concerning the measurements of the oxygen contentin YBa2Cu3Ox.
