猪粪厌氧消化不同起动方式比较
A COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT START PROCEDURES FOR PIGGERY WASTE ANAEROBIC DIGESTION
【摘要】 本文报道了厌氧消化器连续膨胀起动和稀释满罐起动的试验结果。发酵液的主要生理指标膨胀法优于稀释法,膨胀法的产气率和甲烷含量提高速度比稀释法快。起动第12天日产甲烷量膨胀法就超过了稀释法。 11月16日在200m~3大型猪粪厌氧消化器上采用半连续膨胀法起动,发酵液温度为12℃,起动中边加热增温,边半连续投料,在第32天时,日产气量达154m~3,折合产气率为0.77m~3/m~3·d,在第36天时日产气量为173m~3,折合产气率为0.865m~3/m~3·d。
【Abstract】 The start-up of a biogas piggery waste anaerobic digester with different method ol continuous and full volume diluted fermentation liquid are studied. In addition, continuous expansion process is successfully used in full-scale 200m3 piggery waste digester. It is concluded that the continuous expansion start-up procedure has some advantages over the full volume diluted method.
