【Abstract】 In this paper, the definition of the mixture granular media is presented. The equations governing the mean wave and scatering wave in this media are derived. These equations are simplified in the case of spare media. As one of the application of the theory developed in this paper, a new formula derived from this theory is presented for the calculation of the equivalent dielectric constant of composited materials. The calculated results from this new formula excellent fit the experimental results.更多还原
