中国食品辐照发展前景与对策

【摘要】 本文简要介绍了中国食品辐照的发展概况,回顾了中国食品辐照的历史。从1958年开始至今,中国已发展到全国28个省、市、自治区,200多个单位,数千名科技人员,从事食品辐照工艺、卫生及有关学科的研究。全国已对200多种食品做过试验,制定了7种辐照食品的卫生标准,並对几种辐照食品进行过不同规模的商业化试验。本文分析了中国食品辐照中存在的问题和差距,分析了中国发展食品辐照的有利条件及发展前景,並对今后如何发展中国辐照食品,促进辐照食品的商业化提出了建议。

【Abstract】 This paper briefly introduces the situation and the history of food irradiation in China. There are thousands of people and 200 odd units in 28 provinces of China since 1958 involved in food irradiation processing, hygiene and other fields concerned. At present, more than 200 foods have been tested by irradiation. The hygienic standards of seven irradiated foods have been formulated and approved. Thecommercializa- tion tests on several irradiated foods have been carried out. The problems about food irradiation in China are reviewed. And the advantages and prospect of developping food irradiation in China have been analysed. Finaly, a proposal to promote and commercialize food irradiation is offered.
