【Abstract】 Based on the data of the Comprehensive investigation of marine environment of Xiamen Harbour, the seawater exchnge is discussed in Xiamen West Harbour. The results show that the half exchange period of the seawater by tidal currents is 9.2d in Xiamen West Harbour.
