【摘要】 对40例肩关节结核进行了分型及X线诊断的探讨,根据临床表现、手术所见、病理及X线表现的不同可分为干性及渗出两型。干性型11例,特点是有骨破坏而无渗出及软组织肿胀。渗出型29例,多于干性型。主要表现为肱骨头及关节盂的骨质破坏吸收,肩部及腋窝软组织肿胀,患肢中度骨质疏松及关节间隙的变窄、宽窄不匀及消失,并对两型的发病机制进行了探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Study of classification and radiological diagnosis of tuberculosis of shoulder uoint is presented in this paper.
