混凝土结构中的钢筋腐蚀及其耐久性计算
STEEL CORROSION AND THE DURABILITY CALCULATION OF REINFORCED CONCRETE STRUCTURES
【摘要】 本文对混凝土中钢筋腐蚀的电化学过程从理论上进行了定量分析和描述,提出了钢筋腐蚀的物理模型。建立了一个具体计算模式,对四种典型情况分别进行分析,即:大气中普通钢筋混凝土结构;大气中预应力钢筋混凝土结构;海水中普通钢筋混凝土结构;海水中预应力钢筋混凝土结构。同时引入了结构寿命概念,根据腐蚀过程的计算定义四个控制时间来决定实际寿命。最后,给出了四个具体实例以及寿命与结构参量间的关系曲线,说明定量计算结构的耐久性是可能的。
【Abstract】 The electrochemistry processes of corrosion of steel embedded in concrete is described and analysed theoretically and quantitatively in the paper first.A physical model for steel corrosion in concrete is developed.Then, practicai corrosion formulations are established and four situations are considered:(1)reinforced concrete structures in the air,(2) prestressed reinforced concrete structures in the air,(3)reinforced concrete structures in the sea,(4)prestressed reinforced concrete structures in the sea. The concept of structure lifetime is introduced and its values are decided by four governing times: (1) the depassivation time, (2)the corrosion cracking time,(3)the breaking time of bond between concrete and steel,(4)the steel area losing time.At last, four examples and the relative curves between the structure lifetime and structure parameters are given, which prove that it is possible to calculate the durability of structures quantitatively.
