【Abstract】 In the present study conductance (p) of blood in rats was measured and the cardiac output measured by impedance-iardiorheography was compared with wiih that measured by thermodilution method in 31 rats.The results showed that the mean conductance (p) of blood in rats was 146±6.73Ω·cm(x±s).The cardiac output measured by impedance-cardiorheography was highly correlated with that measured by thermodilution method (r=0.99,P<0.01).It is suggested that the impedance-cardiorheography is reliable in the measurement of cardiac output.更多还原
